  • Download ‘Well NZ’ on the App Store or Google Play.

  • Select ‘Create Account’ and enter the invite code: TRMEDI
  • Enter your details – these must match what we hold on file

Available on Android, iOS, and on the web.

While Well is best experienced on the app, it can also be accessed online. Use the above invite code to register and create an account online.

FAQs for patients transitioning from Manage my Health to the Well app

 

What happens to my Manage my Health account after the 3rd of March 2025 when the
service is no longer supported by Three Rivers Medical?

You can keep you Manage my Health account active. This will allow you to still see all historic information in your app or web log on. However you will no longer be able to view any new or updated information from your health record past the 3 rd March 2025.

Can I delete my Manage my Health account?

Yes you can. Log into your Manage my Health account on the web or your app, locate your dashboard, then select the last option “close account”

Do I have to wait until Manage my Health is no longer supported before I can sign up
to the new Well app?

No, you can sign up to Well app as of the Go-live date Monday 17 th February 2025.
We will continue to run the two platforms Manage my Health and Well app concurrently until 3rd March 2025. Thereafter we will continue supporting only the Well app.

Can I still message my GP and send request for repeat prescriptions?

Yes, these features and more are available on the new Well app. Please sign up to the Well app ( live date Monday 17 th February 2025).
After the 3rd March 2025, you will no longer have the ability to send new messages or requests to Three Rivers Medical via Manage my Health
