Choose the service that's best
And help reduce waiting times for everyone.
1) Routine Appointment
If your reason for seeing the doctor is not urgent and you would like more control over what day, time, and which doctor you see, book a Routine Appointment. Waiting times once you have arrived are usually much shorter than for Queue Doc.
We know waiting to see the doctor can be frustrating but we’re doing everything we can to see you as soon as possible while maintaining a safe service. Choose the service that’s best for you and help reduce waiting times for everyone.
2) Queue Doc
If your reason for seeing a doctor is urgent or if you choose to be seen on the same day you phone in, our reception staff will tell you when to arrive at the clinic.
It’s important to note this is NOT an appointment time. Instead you will be in a QUEUE to see one of our doctors.
Your waiting time will vary depending on severity of your illness and general demand on the day. You may have heard us call this Queue Doc.
